In spring 2007, Milan's KOMA sushi bar reopened as the Shiro restaurant, a point of reference for lovers of traditional Japanese cuisine.
Simply furnished with dark, wooden oriental-style features, the restaurant welcomes its guests in a friendly dining room and a small outdoor terrace. There's also a private area for two persons, furnished with tatami mats, pillows and zaisu, where you can enjoy the delicious fresh sushi lovingly prepared by Mr Hirazawa Minoru.
The qualities that set Shiro's traditional cuisine apart are experience, expertise and a passion for Japanese cooking.
Featuring prompt, efficient table service - both at midday and in the evening - the restaurant offers a wide variety of traditional Japanese dishes, as well as special sushi, sashimi and chirashizushimenus.
If you want to impress your friends and colleagues, treat them to a different, truly authentic experience, at Shiro, Milan's premier Japanese restaurant!
